Here is some important information regarding syncrew and our new insurance carrier
There has recently been an update to the Syncrew app which allows us to manage and archive our progress photos more efficiently.
We now have the capability to archive our photos for a period of three years which covers our new insurance providers logged data requirements.
We have been informed that the main purpose of the progress photo is to log and visually inspect plumbing systems or parts of the systems that have been hidden behind walls or underground etc.
(Not necessarily to monitor worker progress)
This does not require workers to take loads of photos each day but to take one when they have completed a specific section of work before moving on to the next section.
Should there be any faults/failures/leaks on the specific job site down the line, be it from our work or other trades, Madden Plumbing LLC and its employees are fully covered and documented.
Taking Progress Photos:
When taking a progress photo the most important things are that the entire system be clearly visible,(this might take more than one photo depending on the span), and the photo be labelled correctly in the "Description of work" section.
Description of work: Shower valve assembly-Third floor-Main bathroom
The main objective of these photos on project completion is that all of our work is visually documented with its correct location attached.
This will help to ensure that Madden Plumbing LLC remain financially healthy and continue to provide plentiful safe work for all of its employees going forward.
